1)  How should I take care of my Jewellery?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Shang Vito jewellery:

• Clean your pieces gently using a jewellery cloth—avoid harsh chemicals, as they can cause damage.
• Store your jewellery in its original cloth pouch to protect it from scratches and wear.
• For beadwoven designs crafted from hundreds of intricately woven beads, handle with care. Avoid striking them against hard surfaces to preserve their delicate structure.

2)  How long will my order take the process?

We offer free standard shipping for all local orders within Singapore above $50

As our jewellery is individually handmade in small quantities, your order may take up to 3 weeks to be processed and readied for shipping. 

For orders within Singapore, delivery will usually take 3 working days after being processed.  

3)  What is your returns and exchange policy?

Note that sale items, limited edition, limited release and customised pieces are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

4)  Is my jewellery fragile and do I need to be careful not to drop it?

The beads are woven together using a special thread which is extremely strong, they are however made from glass and should be handled with care. If treated roughly and dropped or knocked at a high impact, the beads may break.
