Returns and Exchanges

Items in unworn condition and original packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the order date, subject to inspection. 

Sale items, limited edition items, limited release items, gift cards, and customized pieces are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

To request a return/exchange, please email us at hello@shangvito.com. Shipping fees, if any, are to be borne by the customer.

We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number and secured with bubble wrap, as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

Once we have inspected the item, we will issue the refund/exchange. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank or credit card to reflect the transaction.
